Membership Agreement

We are pleased to present the Search-License-Plates Resource, a premium public record databases resource. This public database resource is for all those who accept all the terms of this Membership Registration Agreement and make applicable payment. By purchasing our service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term or condition of the Agreement, you are not authorized to become a registered member to the Government-Records services.

It is unlawful to use the database resource to harass people or use this resource for any unlawful acts. This Web site and RecordsArea.com, the membership site that access the public records databases, does not guarantee accuracy of the databases and resources found in the members area. All records found on our web site are not to be used for any purpose except for informational use only to help keep you informed of the general public. This website and recordsarea.com is not responsible for your actions or anyone elses actions arising from the information and records found on our web site. We cannot guarantee that ALL records are accurate or available in our databases. Our databases are not to be used for employment decisions, unlawful acts, stocking, harassing, embarrassing others or anything else which is against our policy as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Although we are one of the best public record providers on the Internet covering over 200 million public records in our databases, we cannot guarantee that record results will be available for any particular person you are seeking. When results of a search subject are found, results may come back with limited information. The purchase of your membership is for your convenience of accessing multiple databases in one location (the members area) and having features that otherwise isn't easily found for free elsewhere on the Internet. Premium searches are allocated to each membership plan. These premium searches are in addition to the vast search resources available on the members area. The purchase of your membership is to help keep you informed of the general public records only and should not be purchased if you:

are in desperate need of finding specific information on a particular person as not all records are complete or accurate
use our service to harass or use as legal leverage against someone
are seeking records of a private nature
do not agree with our terms and conditions

Premium Search Membersip Deposit:
Your premium membership is a deposit towards the usage of our Premium Search databases. We have 3 membership levels to choose from including VIP, Standard and Basic memberships found on our registration page. The difference in the memberships is explained as follows:

The VIP premium search membership comes with 25 premium search credits.

The Standard premium membership comes with 15 premium search credits.
The Basic premium search membership comes with 10 premium search credits

Premium searches are in addition to the many unlimited searches available on the members area website.
When a record is found using our premium search databases, premium search credit(s) get deducted from your account deposit. In the top right corner of your premium search account you will be able to see your total number of premium search credits you have available which get deducted as you use the premium record databases. The number of premium search credits that get deducted are dependent on the premium database you have searched which is explained below.

Premium Public Record Databases Include:

If no records are found, no search credits get deducted from your account deposit. We have free online support if you need help searching for a particular public record.

Once your premium search credits have been used up you will still be able to perform any of the unlimited database resources. You may purchase additional premium search credits which are available at a discount inside of your account by clicking the link "Buy More Credits".

Our Premium databases are updated on a daily basis. However we do not guarantee that the premium databases will always be updated daily due to the possibility of occasional database downtime, bugs, system errors, glitches, inability to update the databases, or other reasons due to circumstances out of our control.

The premium search databases in the Government-Records members area are provided to us on a per search basis. When you, the customer, does a premium search, we get charged by our public record provider for your search usage which then gets deducted from your deposit inside of your premium search account.

PART 1. GOVERNMENT-RECORDS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that:
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By your use of the Government-Records.com service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Govt-Files and Government-Records.com it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors against any and all claims arising out of said use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Under no circumstances will Government-Records.com, it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors be liable for any damages from your reliance upon anything derived from this site even if Government-Records.com, it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors have been advised that such defect or unsuitability exists. Government-Records.com, it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors disclaim all liability to you for damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees. Government-Records makes no warranty that (i) The service will meet your requirements, (ii) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) Any errors will be corrected. Any material accessed or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss that results from any such material. PART 2. GOVERNMENT-RECORDS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that Government-Records.com or Software Doctor Inc. shall NOT be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but NOT limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Government-Records.com has been advised of the possibity of such damages), resulting from: (i) The use or the inability to use the service; (ii) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased; (iii) unauthorizd access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) Any other matter relating to the service.

PART 3. I, the member, accept liability for all payments charged to my account by me or by anyone else using my "Username" and "Password" to access any part of Government-Records.com, whether or not that person does so with my authorization. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my "Username" and "Password" in a secure place, and that I am fully responsible for all charges incurred by usage thereof.

PART 4. I understand that the purchase of a Premium Search Membership is for a single user account and that the service that I am purchasing is the right for the member to search Government-Records.com's premium public record databases on a "limited" basis, a term that, when used in this agreement, means access to Government-Records.com's premium databases including Criminal Search, Civil Search, and Bankruptcy Search.

PART 5. I understand that my "Username" and "Password" will only provide access to the Government-Records.com website and that it will NOT provide access to any other website, service, or any 3rd party hyperlink contained in Government-Records.com's public records database that requires its own username and password.

PART 6. I understand that all descriptions, search results, photographs and other matter relating to this service/product used on the Government-Records.com website are for illustration purposes only and do not reflect actual services/products one will be able to find by using our services. I understand that Government-Records.com's service is for the use of it's premium search databases including Criminal Records, Civil Records, and Bankruptcy Records to help keep me informed of the general public in my surrounding area. I understand that as a premium search member, Gov-Record's also provides me with free public record databases and resources which may include unaffiliated third party companies who can provide me with investigation searches. I understand that these third party companies may not be 100% complete or accurate and understand that in most cases they may charge me a fee to conduct a search. In General, it is possible to find the information through the use of the databases and listings this site provides, but results may vary and we do not guarantee in any way neither availability of the product nor free services inside the members area.

PART 7. I understand that Government-Records.com may modify or terminate its services (including canceling an individual's account) for any reason and without notice, without liability to me, any other user, or any third party. I understand that Government-Records.com reserves the right to modify this Registration Agreement from time to time without notice, and that I am advised to review this Registration Agreement from time to time so that I will be kept informed of any changes.

PART 8. I understand that Government-Records.com reserves the right to change it's prices and the value of the premium search credits to it's premium public records databases as well changing any of the free public record databases to premium search databases at any time and for any reason.

PART 9. Government-Records.com disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material found in websites listed on Government-Records.com. Government-Records.com disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Government-Records.com disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the Website.

Government-Records.com is provided "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. Government-Records.com expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, durability and fitness for a particular purpose, quality, satisfactory quality, title and non-infringement of proprietary rights. Government-Records.com disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the website Government-Records.com disclaims any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the Government-Records.com. If my state does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, then I understand that this above exclusion may not apply to me.

Under no circumstances shall Government-Records.com be liable to any user on account of that user's use or misuse of or reliance on the website. Arising from any claim relating to this agreement or the subject matter here of such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if Government-Records.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on Government-Records.com, from inability to use Government-Records.com, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of Government-Records.com (including such damages incurred by third parties). This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on Government-Records.com or received through any links prov

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Government-Records.com be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

This User Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or my actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Registration Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Registration Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the User Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Government-Records.com.

PART 10. I make each of the above statements and certifications with respect to myself personally, as well as on behalf of my employer and any other person or entity to which I provide reports or information based on data obtained from Government-Records.com's databases. I have the authority to act on behalf of all such other persons or entities in making these statements and certifications.

PART 11. WEBSITE USAGE:
This website is for your own personal use only. You may not send automated queries to our system, republishing or redistributing any data on this website is strictly prohibited. Usage of this website and all information contained within is subject to Ontario, Canada law.

Failure to comply with any provision of this agreement by any member will result in immediate termination of that individual's account!
